The Macomb Lions Club, of Macomb, IL, held a Regular Board Meeting after the September 15, 2011 meeting with President DeJaynes acting as chair.

Business:

1) Recommended by the Membership Committee to accept resignation of Dustin Foulk. Motion passed.

2) Moved by Lion Westen and 2^nd by Lion Bowne to accept resignation of Deb Sutton. Motion passed.

3) Moved by Lion Bowen and 2^nd by Lion Beaver to contribute $400 toward the purchase of a 4^th iPad. Motion passed.
