The Macomb Lions Club, of Macomb, IL, held a Regular Board Meeting after the November 17, 2011 meeting with President DeJaynes acting as chair. 

 

Guests: None

Business:

1) Motion by Lion Westen and 2nd by Lion Culver to accept resignation of Lion Rusty Melhouse.  Motion approved.

 

 

2) Moved by Lion Inman and 2nd by Lion Carter to accept application of membership of Brandon Mueller.  Motion passed.

 

 

3) Motion by Lion Carter and 2nd by Lion Inman to donate $500 to the Loaves and Fishes.  Motion passed.
