The Macomb Lions Club, of Macomb, IL, held a Regular Board Meeting after the September 1, 2011 meeting with President DeJaynes acting as Chair.

 

Guests: None

Business:

1. Moved by Lion Jefferson and 2nd by Lion Self to accept the resignation of Carol Dennhardt.  Motion passed.

 2.Moved by Lion Westen and 2nd by Lion Carter to donate $500 to the Audio Information Service for the Adopt a Paper Campaign. Motion passed.

3. Moved by Lion Carter and 2nd by Lion Jefferson to use the $1200 in memorial donation to purchase 3 iPads for 3 visually impaired students. Families will pay the other $100 each.  Motion passed.  Families of the memorialized should be informed.
